Independent Board Member - Financial Reporting Advisory Board
You will serve as an independent board member on the Financial Reporting Advisory Board, helping make key decisions and advising HM Treasury and Parliament on public sector financial reporting policy. You will apply your expertise to topical issues ranging from climate-related finance disclosures to introducing new accounting standards for the UK public sector. You will work alongside other board members by attending regular meetings three times a year and contributing to out-of-meeting discussions and decision-making.

- Effective leadership in an advisory or senior management role
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence decisions on a board
- Strong International Financial Reporting Standards knowledge
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU, Swiss, Norwegian, Icelandic, Liechtenstein, and Turkish nationals with relevant right to work or EUSS status.
