Infrastructure Operations Engineer
You will join the Tooling and Automation team at HM Revenue and Customs as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer, supporting business-critical technology services used across the department. Day to day, you will monitor live systems, investigate operational issues, administer user access, process service requests, and help deliver controlled technical changes. Working alongside senior engineers and product teams, you will maintain clear documentation and help stabilize infrastructure services. This is a hands-on operational role designed to build technical skills in a complex enterprise environment.
