Senior Infrastructure Engineer
You will deliver and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure services at Ofgem to protect consumers and support the energy transition. You will work across legacy and modern cloud environments to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership by troubleshooting complex issues, automating processes, and collaborating with architects and vendors. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and support Ofgem through an ambitious digital transformation.

- Experience in infrastructure engineering across legacy and cloud-native platforms
- Hands-on implementation and support experience in Microsoft Azure
- Practical experience with DevOps practices and automation tools like Terraform
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver sustainable improvements
- Collaborative experience working across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
