Join Ofgem to help shape the future of energy in Great Britain and support the digital infrastructure underpinning Net Zero ambitions. You will provide hands-on support for cloud and on-premises infrastructure services, maintaining secure and reliable Microsoft Azure environments. Working alongside senior engineers, architects and suppliers, you will handle deployments, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements. This role combines traditional IT operations with modern cloud platforms and automation technologies to ensure resilient services for energy consumers.

What they're looking for

• Experience carrying out infrastructure maintenance and incident resolution
• Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure services including Azure
• Experience using automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative working approach

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification or equivalent
