Joining the Intelligence and Data Analyst Development Programme means committing to a 5.5-year structured pathway designed to build the skills needed to become a fully trained analyst. Analysts turn complex, incomplete information into insight that shapes investigative decisions, working with various data and tools to uncover patterns. The role involves structured training followed by placements in analysis delivery teams to support UK national security.
