This role involves leading a team of remote interviewers who collect high-quality survey data from households across the UK. You will manage team performance, attendance, and wellbeing while providing coaching and support both virtually and in the field. Working closely with colleagues in the Office for National Statistics, you will ensure data collection is efficient, accurate, and aligned with operational goals. The position is home-based with regular travel required to support your team and attend meetings.
