L3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprentice
This apprentice role supports learning and corporate development services across the organization by coordinating training, managing enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will process learning applications, support data collection, and help create training resources while working alongside experienced colleagues. The position combines day-to-day administrative tasks with completing a recognized Level 3 Learning and Development Apprenticeship qualification. The role offers an opportunity to build professional confidence, support continuous improvement activities, and develop a foundation for a career in learning services.

- Skilled in helping customers meet needs with great service
- Proven experience managing competing priorities and tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using survey tools such as MS Forms or similar
Qualifications
- Math and English GCSE at grade 4 or equivalent
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
Sift starts from 12 October 2026 and interviews take place week commencing 9 November 2026 via Microsoft Teams.
