As a Lead Agile Delivery Manager, you will drive the delivery of large-scale digital products and services in complex, multi-team environments. You will work within a senior leadership team at DWP Digital to define delivery outcomes, optimise workflows, and champion data enablement across the organisation. Day to day, you will guide agile teams, resolve complex risks and dependencies, and build capability through coaching and mentoring. You will also collaborate with senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure strategic alignment and successful transformation outcomes.
