Lead Product Manager
The Lead Product Manager plays a critical role in the development and continued improvement of the Help to Buy service, helping to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their equity loan. Working alongside the Head of Product, senior leaders, and experienced digital and operational professionals, the role involves line managing and coaching product managers while contributing to an organisation-wide product strategy. The position operates at the intersection of digital delivery, customer experience, operations, and public policy to influence the future of a nationally significant government service.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth citizens, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals.
