You will lead the technical strategy and operational management of Ofgem's Salesforce environment to support the organization's digital transformation. You will oversee development and administration teams, provide technical assurance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure platform resilience and performance. Working within the Digital, Data and Security Services directorate, your work directly ensures the stability of core digital platforms that protect energy consumers. This senior leadership role requires deep Salesforce expertise and the ability to drive continuous platform improvement.
