Learning and Development Partner (Census)
This role leads stakeholder engagement with the Census team to ensure quality learning interventions build necessary skills for delivering the census programme. The postholder partners with colleagues to understand learning needs, works with technical training teams to curate and design solutions, and manages learning projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders, the Central Learning team, and external partners to drive a high-performing Office for National Statistics. Additionally, the role involves conducting learning needs analyses, budgeting, resource allocation, and reviewing learning content and policies.

Qualifications
