Learning and Development Specialist (Talent)
You will manage the end-to-end delivery of a twelve-month talent and learning programme, including leading virtual workshops and facilitating action learning sets. Acting as the main point of contact for approximately fifty learners, you will provide ongoing guidance, formal coaching, and mentoring support. Your daily responsibilities also include coordinating administrative tasks, gathering participant feedback, and tracking attendance metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate across teams to align learning goals, share best practice, and assist with broader talent initiatives.

- Experience facilitating learning events individually and in pairs
- Knowledge of adult learning styles and evaluation methods
- Experience in formal coaching and talent development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
- A formal coaching qualification and/or extensive formal coaching experience
- Level 5 CIPD L&D qualification or willing to work towards
Nationality requirements
