Learning Delivery Manager (Census)
This role supports the learning and development partner by delivering core learning products and services for census staff. You will partner with stakeholders to understand learning needs, deliver training interventions at pace, and coordinate learning events. You will also review and refresh learning content and policies to support organisational priorities. You will work closely with senior leaders, internal and external partners, and junior colleagues.

Qualifications
- CIPD level 5, or willingness to work towards
Nationality requirements
Applicants must meet UK right to work requirements and Civil Service nationality requirements. If on a time-limited visa, at least 18 months must remain.
Selection process
The sift will be conducted from 14th October. Interviews will be conducted 2nd - 4th November via Microsoft Teams.
