Logistics and Operations Manager
As a Logistics and Operations Manager, you will lead the safe and efficient management of weapons, explosives, and associated equipment supporting global UK Defence operations. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics activities, including the receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and disposal of regulated inventory while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations. You will manage and coach teams of logistics operatives, balancing operational priorities, workforce capacity, and customer demands against demanding timescales. Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with military units, engineers, supply chain specialists, and senior leaders to provide authoritative advice on munitions management.
