Operations Manager - Unpaid Work (UPW) - East of England
Implement and manage the strategic direction for Unpaid Work, ensuring contract requirements are delivered efficiently and in compliance with standards to reduce reoffending. Manage a mobile and dispersed team across the region, participating in an out of hours on-call duty rota to support lone working staff. Work in partnership with other agencies and local stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery and performance of unpaid work services meet contractual targets.

- Experience of risk management and assessment procedures
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and policies
- Well-developed IT skills and ability to interpret reports
- Experience of managing change and improving quality
Qualifications
- Level 3 Institution of Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent
- D1 Category Driving Licence
