SDA Operations Manager
The operations manager provides essential support to operational submarines by delivering material enablement to engineering colleagues within the Submarine Delivery Agency. Day to day activities include contributing to delivery plans, analysing and interpreting data, and liaising closely with internal stakeholders and customers. The post holder works collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment to ensure the continuous security of the UK nuclear deterrent. Collaboration, leadership, and attention to detail are central to succeeding in this dynamic operational role.
