You will lead a technology function of around 300 IT professionals, overseeing significant budgets and suppliers to ensure critical systems remain secure and reliable. Working closely with executives and technical teams, you will drive continuous improvement, manage infrastructure direction, and act as a senior responsible owner for key projects. You will be an active member of the leadership team, shaping the future of technology services that underpin the property market.

Staff engagement exercise in the week commencing 23 November 2026. Followed by a blended face-to-face interview in Plymouth on 30 November and 1 December 2026.
