National Capability Integrated Plan Delivery Lead
You will lead the delivery of the Met Office National Capability Integrated Plan as a senior leader driving transformation across a complex portfolio. Your work involves coordinating programmes, managing technical dependencies, and driving agile ways of working to support weather and climate forecasting. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues across research and development, products, and services domains to shape future modelling capabilities. Ultimately, you help ensure research priorities and delivery plans meet both organisational objectives and customer needs.
