Community Payback Supervisor - Advance into Justice - National
Community Payback Supervisors lead small teams of people on probation to complete unpaid work tasks in local communities, such as clearing overgrowth, building benches, and cleaning streets. The role involves directly supervising work groups, driving service vehicles to transport people or equipment, and working alongside service users to demonstrate good practice. Post holders work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds to motivate them and support their rehabilitation journey. This is an active, varied operational role within the Probation Service where no two days are the same.

Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
