Legal Traineeship National
The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service Legal Traineeship offers hands-on experience in Scotland's public prosecution service. Trainees work at headquarters and rotate through local Procurator Fiscal offices, preparing and presenting cases in the summary courts. Successful completion allows trainees to enrol as qualified solicitors in Scotland.

Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss, and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
