The National IOM Partnership and Stakeholder Lead drives the development of Integrated Offender Management across England and Wales by working with a multi-agency team of police and probation professionals. The role involves coordinating national governance, supporting performance and assurance activity, and building senior stakeholder relationships between the National Probation Service, Community Rehabilitation Companies, and other delivery partners. The job holder acts as an adviser to deputy directors and divisions, helping them to target their input, establish new partnerships, and translate complex information into clear strategic insights. Working within a fast-paced national team, the successful applicant collaborates across multiple agencies to improve operational effectiveness.
