Navy Command - Admiralty Pilot - Part Time - HMNB Portsmouth
As an Admiralty Pilot at Navy Command, you will provide expert pilotage support and advice to ships entering, leaving, or transiting the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth. You will work closely with the King's Harbour Master, military officers, and other marine personnel to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vessels. Day to day, you will conduct pilotage duties, manage unpowered vessel movements, adjust magnetic compasses, and complete ongoing training and administrative tasks. The role operates within a 24/7 roster system to maintain continuous maritime safety and operational readiness.

Qualifications
- STCW 95 II/2 Masters (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency
- RN CQ2 with Command or Senior Deck Officer Experience
- STCW 95 (II/2 or II/3) Master CoC with STCW II/2 Chief Mate
- Valid UK Full Driving Licence

Open to UK, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with settled or pre-settled status under the EUSS.
