Navy Command, Strategic Planning Lead
You will work as a Strategy and Planning Group Lead at HMNB Devonport, helping to shape priorities and support governance for one of the UK's most critical defence environments. Your day involves analysing portfolio data, collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems, drafting proposals for senior decisions, and maintaining key strategic artefacts. You will work closely with programme teams, business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, and industry partners to ensure effective planning and prioritisation. This role is essential for turning complex information into clear plans and ensuring the site is successfully positioned for the future.
