Navy Command - Training Safety Team Leader
You will lead the training safety function for the Royal Navy's Combined Cadet Force, managing a small team of safety advisors and providing expert health and safety guidance to senior leaders. Your day-to-day work involves overseeing safety assurance across schools, camps, and third-party providers, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement of safety systems. You will also investigate major incidents, handle accident reporting, and ensure all training activities comply with regulations. This role supports adventurous and military training opportunities for thousands of young people nationwide.

- Experience managing adventurous training in a youth or educational context
- Knowledge of adventurous or military training safety

- Full UK driving licence
