Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (East of England)
This operational support role helps keep prisons running safely and smoothly by performing varied daily tasks such as gate security, reception duties, monitoring CCTV, and supervising prison visitors. Staff work closely with prison officers and support teams across both day and night shifts, often involving physical tasks and periods of lone working. The position is part of a scheme targeted at supporting service leavers and their families into employment within His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service.
