Operations Analyst
You will join a cutting-edge IT Operations Centre team conducting real-time monitoring of core technology, infrastructure, applications, and services within the Home Office. Your day-to-day work involves using enterprise monitoring tools to track networks and systems, raising and logging incidents in service management tools, and supporting swift incident recovery. You will work closely with service desks, incident managers, suppliers, and cybersecurity teams to maintain high service availability and security. This is a shift-based role requiring you to work a 4 on and 4 off rolling pattern covering days, nights, bank holidays, and weekends.
