Operations Manager
Operations Managers play a vital role in delivering justice by providing visible leadership and strategic oversight of Kent Magistrates' Courts. You will proactively lead service delivery, coordinate business activities, and translate national priorities into local operational plans to increase productivity and maintain high standards. Working closely with your Deputy Head of Operations and key stakeholders, you will model inclusive leadership, champion change, and develop high-performing teams. This role requires you to drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and ensure your team is equipped to deliver effective services to the public.
