Operations Manager
As the Recreation Operations Manager, you will lead the daily management and development of outdoor recreation operations at High Lodge and wider beat areas. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, contractors, and volunteers to ensure safe, high-quality visitor experiences and facilities. The role involves overseeing health and safety compliance, asset management, budgets, and commercial activities to support revenue and growth targets. You will also act as a Duty Manager on a rota including weekends and public holidays.

- Experience in outdoor recreation operations or public-facing roles
- Experience leading teams and managing staff, volunteers or contractors
- Experience in health, safety and wellbeing management
- Proven experience in facilities or asset management
- Understanding of budget management and commercial delivery
Qualifications
- GCSE in Maths and English or functional skills equivalent
- Full current UK Driving Licence
- A relevant vocational or academic qualification
