Operations Officer
You will work within Immigration Removal Centres to monitor supplier performance, ensure safety and security, and support day-to-day operations. Your day-to-day work involves gathering operational data, producing compliance reports, handling complaints, and safeguarding detained individuals. You will collaborate closely with on-site partners, attend operational meetings, and maintain visible oversight of the facility. The role requires strong attention to detail, shift working, and the ability to manage competing demands in a complex environment.
