People Services Manager
You will lead the operational delivery of People Services within the Corporate Services function at the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. Day to day, you will coordinate recruitment, workforce planning, and equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while managing a small team. You will act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with people policies, and use data to support planning and decision-making. You will work closely with senior leadership and finance colleagues to help deliver the organization's broader business and people plans.
