People Systems Analyst
The People Systems Analyst takes a leading role in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Human Resources Information System for the Electoral Commission. You will ensure people technology is secure, compliant, and easy to use, while using high-quality workforce data to support efficient services and evidence-based decision-making. You will work closely with the People and Culture team, People Partnering team, internal stakeholders, and external system suppliers as the expert in HR systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user security, leading system upgrades and development projects, providing technical advice and training, and analyzing people reports.

- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience using an HR system as an advanced user
- Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and trend analysis
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work.
Selection process
