Performance & Quality Officer - Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service - Performance and Quality - Various Locations
The Performance and Quality Officer works with Probation Delivery Units to support them in achieving agreed performance targets across the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The role involves ensuring service delivery meets national indicators, developing quality improvement programmes, and running initiatives to address performance opportunities. The postholder collaborates with other officers to share best practice and analyse data to maintain information. This regional position requires regular travel across the designated area.
