Programmes Facilitator - Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service - Hull
You will deliver rehabilitation interventions and structured programmes to people on probation, aiming to reduce reoffending and help individuals build positive lives. Working as part of the Interventions Team alongside probation practitioners and courts, you will run group and one-to-one sessions that address harmful behaviours. This role requires regular evening work, travelling to different locations to deliver programmes, and monitoring the progress and wellbeing of participants.
