Philanthropy Manager
The Philanthropy Manager helps shape a new fundraising function at The National Archives to grow the organization's profile and generate donor income. You will independently build and manage a portfolio of donors, develop compelling proposals for major gifts, and coordinate with colleagues to support strategic multi-year programmes and annual projects. Working closely with The National Archives Trust and internal teams, you will deliver cultivation and stewardship activities while monitoring project progress and financial reporting.

- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience with strong communication skills
- Proven experience securing five- and six-figure gifts from trusts or donors
- Outstanding relationship management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet simultaneous deadlines
- Proficiency in using a CRM database and Microsoft Office suite

- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
