PI: Production Instructor HMP Isle of Wight
The job holder will manage non-specialist prison workshops to provide prisoners with structured work experience that mirrors outside employment. Responsibilities include supervising prisoners, maintaining security and safety, training on equipment, managing work schedules, and recording hours and wages. You will work within a prison establishment alongside prisoners and case managers to support rehabilitation and output targets.
