Specialist Production Instructor - Printing Services - HMP Maidstone
The job holder will supervise, train, and support prisoners in specialist printing workshops to improve their employment prospects upon release and reduce reoffending. Responsibilities include teaching prisoners toward nationally recognised qualifications in areas such as lithographic printing, finishing and binding, and digital print. The role maintains structure, discipline, health and safety standards, and security within the workshop environment. They will work closely with resettlement teams and stakeholders to provide prisoners with employment opportunities after custody.
