Principal Security Policy Lead
You will lead the development and implementation of protective security and information governance policies within the Department for Transport. Day to day, you will review existing policy frameworks, conduct gap analyses, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the department to ensure consistency and compliance with government standards. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance to help manage risk and strengthen the organisation's overall security posture. Working closely with technical and non-technical colleagues, you will champion continuous improvement and help shape the department's future security capabilities.
