Prison Catering: Caterer - HMP Chelmsford
You will work in a professional industrial kitchen environment to prepare and cook nutritious meals for prisoners while overseeing the work of offenders. This role involves helping prisoners learn new skills and gain qualifications to increase employment chances and reduce reoffending. You will work with the prison catering team and operate on shift patterns that include weekends and public holidays.

- Familiar with kitchen health, safety and hygiene regulations
- Able to demonstrate competency within an industrial kitchen
- Able to speak with confidence in English
Qualifications
- Level 2 certificate in Food Production within Hospitality and Catering
- Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
