Probation Service Officer - North Kent - Kent, Surrey & Sussex
Probation Services Officers manage a caseload of medium and lower risk individuals on probation before and after sentence, providing assessment, sentence implementation, and case management support. Day to day, you will assess and manage risks, write clear reports for courts, and work closely with partner agencies across the justice system to support rehabilitation. You will collaborate with a supportive team in settings such as courts, prisons, and community offices to help keep the public safe and reduce reoffending. The role requires handling challenging situations while offering practical advice and empathy to help people turn their lives around.

Nationality requirements
