Production Instructor - Mentor (M)
The job holder supervises and supports prisoners in non-specialist prison workshops, providing work experience that mirrors employment outside of prison. They maintain security and control while managing prisoner attendance, training, work schedules, and quality standards. The role involves working closely with prisoners and colleagues within a prison establishment to maintain a structured and disciplined environment.
