The Programmes Facilitator delivers rehabilitative group and individual sessions to help prisoners understand their behaviours, build positive relationships, and improve critical thinking skills. Working as part of a small team within HM Prison Humber, the job holder assesses participants, maintains accurate records, and collaborates closely with sentence management teams. Full training and ongoing professional support are provided to help reduce re-offending and support a safe, productive environment.
