Programmes Facilitator
The Programmes Facilitator delivers rehabilitative activities and structured programmes in a prison setting to help individuals understand their behaviours and reduce re-offending. They work within a small team of Group Workers to assess participants, conduct one-to-one and group sessions, and maintain accurate records of progress. The role involves collaborating closely with sentence management teams and treatment managers to support prisoners in building positive relationships and critical thinking skills. Additionally, the post holder participates in supervision, ongoing professional development, and delivers awareness packages to wider prison staff.
