Public Appointments Senior Campaign Manager
Join the Department for Transport’s Public Appointments Team to lead high-profile recruitment campaigns that shape the leadership of major public bodies across the UK. You will manage appointment processes for Chairs and Non-Executive Directors, advise Ministers and senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with colleagues, external partners, and ministerial offices, you will deliver an excellent candidate experience and support strategic succession planning. This influential role sits at the heart of a busy team working to attract diverse, talented leaders to public services.

- Strong external and internal stakeholder engagement experience
