Public and Personal Safety Training (PPST) SME Supervisor
You will oversee licensing functions for public and personal safety training, embedding a new scenario-lead teaching methodology across police forces. Your day involves building a new training manual, setting national standards, and sharing good practice while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting professional development and generating income nationally and internationally. This role is crucial for driving forward specialised training to ensure frontline policing colleagues and the public receive the highest standards.
