Records Manager/Rheolwr Cofnodion
You will lead the strategic approach to records management within the Information Governance department at The National Lottery Community Fund. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure information is managed responsibly, consistently, and in line with legal and government requirements. You will act as the subject matter expert, manage relationships with The National Archives, and improve electronic document management across Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will design training activities, maintain the Information Asset Register, and line manage the Records Management Officer.
What they're looking for
- Experience designing and implementing records management strategies and systems
- Understanding of records management principles, data protection, and FOI laws
- Track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior colleagues
- Experience delivering training programmes and working in multi-disciplinary teams
- At least 12 months of experience within a public sector setting
Qualifications
- Qualification in records or information management
- Accreditation by a relevant professional body (e.g. IRMS, Archives & Records Association)
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the right to work in the UK.
