Resourcing Adviser
You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across a designated portfolio of operational service areas, supporting the delivery of safe and effective hiring. Working closely with Resourcing Business Partners and hiring managers, you will manage vacancy advertising, conduct candidate screening calls, and coordinate pre-employment checks. You will act as a trusted point of contact for candidates and managers throughout the recruitment journey to deliver a high-quality experience. This hybrid role allows you to support talented people joining the organization to help children and families across England.

- Experience using recruitment, HR or applicant tracking systems
