You will work closely with project managers, developers, stakeholders, and suppliers to remove barriers, define product roadmaps, and translate them into actionable user stories. The role involves championing agile ways of working, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement to optimize live services and customer experiences. You will operate within a large operational organization, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient digital and automated processes.
