Operations Officer
The Operations Officer supports a range of operational activities within the Economic and Social Research Council team, collaborating closely with colleagues to provide administrative support across the team's work. The role involves managing internal communications and employee engagement events, supporting recruitment and interviews, and maintaining training and development provisions. The postholder works flexibly across various tasks, responding to changing priorities and maintaining critical business continuity. Responsibilities also include managing shared mailboxes, providing secretariat support to groups, and driving continuous improvement to ensure effective operations.
