Security Advisor - Industrial Control Systems
You will serve as the Industrial Control Systems Security Advisor for the National Biosecurity Centre, leading the strategic direction for cyber security. You will interact with interdisciplinary teams, providing expert security advice on the design, implementation, and maintenance of operational technology. Working closely with safety, estates, and security colleagues, you will drive innovation and ensure systems are robust, resilient, and reliable. You will also provide strategic leadership to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and shaping policy.

Qualifications
- Appropriate risk management qualification or equivalent experience
- NCSC Certified Cyber Professional
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control
- Certified Functional Safety Professional

Selection process
Sifting will take place week commencing 19th October 2026, with face-to-face interviews held from 9th November 2026.
