Security Advisor
The UK Hydrographic Office is seeking a Security and Resilience Advisor to help protect our people, information, assets, and operations. You will provide practical security advice to colleagues, coordinate business travel arrangements, manage site access, and assist with incident response and business continuity. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will also carry out audits and contribute to continuous improvement processes. This varied role combines operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and assurance work to maintain a safe working environment.

Nationality requirements
This is a Ministry of Defence reserved post open to sole UK nationals only. Candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 24 consecutive months within the last 10 years.
Selection process
Shortlisting will take place in the week commencing 12th October 2026, with interviews scheduled for the week commencing 2nd November 2026.
